Mid-week activities

There is so much more to being Church than a Sunday meeting!
We encourage everyone to have meaningful relationships with other Christians. Here are a selection of mid-week activities that can help us to get to know each other.

Jolly Teapot

1st and 3rd Mondays of the month.
A coffee morning running from 11am.
Sometimes with a theme and a speaker; other times just a chance to mingle.

Music Practice

Most Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm. If you want to come for a vocal try out, or if you play an instrument and would like to be a part of our team, then this is the time to come along. We practice new songs and regular songs, we have fun and make a bit of a noise.

Courses

Running regularly throughout the year, from the Alpha Course to the Marriage Course, from Freedom in Christ, to the Network Course

Check out our courses page

House Groups

Currently on Wednesday & Thursday evenings, house groups are about getting to know each other and getting to know God through the Bible.
These are a great time for personal development within a 'Church' context.

Prayer Meetings

On the 2nd Friday of the month we hold a prayer evening from 7.30pm.
We use this hour (or so) to pray into issues that any of our congregation are facing as well as some broader issues.

A couple of times a year we have a Prayer Punch when we spend much longer with God in personal reflection and corporate worship and prayer.
